I bet you're wondering how I got here.

Hey! My name is Izzy, and I am the President & Founder of FRPride. Front Royal has been my home for most of my life, and I've always been passionate about doing everything I can to improve my community - thus FRPride was born. As the President, I am responsible for the oversight of the FRP Team. I work closely with the Board, our volunteers, and local business to create the most dynamic events possible. The queer community is an integral puzzle piece in Rural America, and I'm honored to be able to build up safe spaces in my hometown. When I'm not planning pride events, you can find me on the trails! I love to hike, and I plan to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail in the future.

Hi! My name is Rae, and I am the Vice President of FRPride! I am from Stephens City, VA, but I'm currently living in Richmond. I've been active in the queer community for a few years, but I became an organizer as the President of Laurel Ridge Community College's Pride Club in 2023. It was through this club that I was introduced to FRPride and brought on as an Executive Board Member. As the Vice President, I assist Izzy in our day-to-day affairs. I manage close relations with local businesses and organizations in order to make a welcoming space for the queer community in the Shenandoah Valley. My biggest priority is safety and comfort. Outside of FRPride, I am an English and History student at VCU. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, and hiking!

Hello! I am Ava V. Rage! I am a drag entertainer located in the DMV area and the Casting Manager for FRPride! In this role, my purpose is to bring entertainment to our small town of Front Royal while also providing safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies to engage. I have been participating in the world of drag for three years and will continue to fight for a safer community. It is important for me to work on having these spaces available so everyone knows they're not alone in our community. I've lived in this area my entire life, and I hope to make it better for the next generation through art and drag.

I'm Kati, and I am one of FRPride's newest members. As the Treasurer, I am responsible for planning budgets, approving and tracking purchases, and projecting income and expenses. I have loved seeing all of the support and pride(!) our small town has to offer. I have faith in the strength of FRPride as we continue to grow and move forward. Love always wins!

 Sydney isn’t goth but her favorite color is black, and she adores all things spooky.  When she isn’t our secretary she is fighting computers and hackers, but mostly computers.  She has a real passion for defending the access to information and supporting her community.  Also she really likes music and food, seriously… offer her fried cheese, she’ll join your organization and let it consume her life.
